Mike Park and Jon Pebs recently were featured on an episode of Matt and Mondo’s Punk Rock Power Hour which can be downloaded here. Mike goes into detail about the Asian Man 15 year anniversary festival as well as his own future musical endeavors. Jon Pebs details about upcoming happenings with Buck-O-Nine as well as his own day to day life working at Side One Dummy records. The podcast also features several Asian Man Records bands both past and present in the playlist.

I’m 31 now and the heady days of the mid-to-late ’90s seem very far away, but then I saw the ying-yang AMR logo in  apost someone reblogged and it was like running across someone you haven’t seen in awhile in an airport. I’m glad you’re still around…although if this isn’t being run off a 1998 Compaq computer in Mike Park’s garage I’m gonna be a little disappointed. Kidding. Keep on keepin’ on. I’m gonna go pull out my Slow Gherkin album…

Hey guys, Alex from lemuria just sent out an update on Lemuria as of late:

“Hey,
We are writing you because you recently ordered Lemuria stuff from us.  We’re just letting everybody know that we have a new 7” out called “Chautauqua County” that you can order here:  www.b9store.com/lemuria    The record is limited to 1000 copies and is available on red and yellow vinyl.  When these copies are sold out, there will not be a repress of the record!

They also have added some really awesome shirt designs that you can’t get at our shows and on our merch site that are exclusive to their store.
